DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT AT 113 CHRISTOPHER STREET. These people are THIEVES. Sabet Group Management entered our unit without our consent MULTIPLE times and stole hundreds of dollars in our personal property, altered the units walls, and then charged us for the alterations. Not to mention these units may very well be rent stabilized and NOT reported to the city (see photo of documents from city indicating rent stabilization). FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will steal your money, your property, and your well being. Not to mention the Sonos speakers they advertise dont work, the shower from the apartment above drips on you and they did not fix it after multiple maintenance requests (see photo and videos), and the faucet is moldy. If you don't believe me I encourage you to Google anything related to The Sabet Group and litigation against them. Their record is abhorrent and embarrassing. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
