AWFUL service. We have been attempting to schedule a physical for our kids for months and the doctor keeps canceling last minute every time. Today was the last straw. We got a phone call at 3pm on a Friday canceling a morning appointment (made 3 months ago!) after a long weekend because the doctor has decided to take a week off when her patients are off from school and therefore most available. Worse, my son is due for a number of vaccines, which the office will not administer because he hasnt had his physical! This office is a vicious circle of incompetence. We are done.

DO NOT Choose this practice . Very very very poor customer service. The reception NEVER picks up the phone but transfers directly to hold music where you can hold for hours. Especially when you call an hour before closing , they just dont want to work and keep you on hold until the automatic messages says the office is now closed . Ive never experienced such a poor customer service in a medical field. Ive invested multiple phone calls and hours/ days just to get some updates on my childs prescription for growth hormone and treatment. I cant wait to leave this practice when my child finalizes his treatment .

My sons have been going to this practice for the last 3 1/2 years and the care Team including Jaya, Patty and Dr Hawkins are a pleasure to work with. The front desk person today was completely obnoxious and disrespectful. Her attitude today makes it harder for me to continue bringing my sons to this practice. Shes very impatient and unprofessional and I hope Dr Hawkins addresses this before it becomes too late.

Front desk does not answer the phone. They overbook patients and we ended up waiting over 90 minutes to be seen by a doctor. The office went downhill when taken over by the new administration. I love the doctors, but not sure how much longer I can tolerate the problems with scheduling an appointment.
