PM Pediatric Urgent Care (Corporate Office Only)

Billing Department are a true mess and have a very dishonest business practice. They claimed my insurance was innactive when in reality they submitted the claim to the wrong insurance Company even after mailing my insurance info twice. Finally, they said they would not charge my cc but they did.

Pm pediatrics at 210-31 26 ave all staff are nice. But their receptionist that work on wed 2 2022 is not nasty and so unprofessional. Im a Registered nurse manager at Saint barnabas rehabilitation center, and I will never disrespect or treat unfairly any of my patients or family member. Never especially when my wife and I didnt sleep the whole night taking care of my kid sick, then she come and refused to give us mask and talk to us badly. But to a white man and his family she give the mask with no question. This I will reported to the department of health. We need help for my daughter no abuse.

North Babylon - reception was beyond unprofessional rude and disrespectful. Ran late to my appt for a nasty finger nail issue my daughter was bleeding bad and crying. Receptionist was chatting on her phone to her daughter for six minutes. Ignored me, began to type on the computer and text on her phone for another two minutes before she Finally asked me Can I help you!as she rolled her neck and her eyes moving forward we get checked in.. she asked me a couple of questions. Then asked me for a secondary contact number my phone had died and I couldnt provide one. She became aggressive and nasty and refused services to the point that she said she was going to call the cops on us. We went back-and-forth about my daughters injury, and then she started to make fun of her nail and wishing harm on my minor. I begged for assistance from anyone else and she refused. A nurse heard the commotion and she pushed him out the reception area and locked all doors. This was a very traumatic experience because eod my daughter just needed some medical attention.
