StatMD Urgent Care

I got treatment from Dr.Byalik. I found him very experienced. He treats me very well. I am verymuch satisfied with their treatment.

I called in to ask the name of the MD who treated me on a specific date and explained why for reimbursement purposes. The staff who picked up made an unnecessary comment about the date being October of 2023 even though I received the bill in the mail this past week. Next, she only gave me the first name of the MD. When I asked for the last name, she yelled at me saying thats what Im telling you. I asked how to spell the last name once she stated the name since it was an uncommon name. She got very rude with me. I said thank you and she cut the call immediately without responding. She has zero manners and does not know how to speak. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Clearly the staff need to take a course on professionalism.

Avoid this place as much, though people are at the front desk no one wants to check you in, had to walk out

I frequented this Urgent Care while my mom was in the hospital for 53 days last summer and I had to present a negative COVID test every 3 days in order to visit her. Most often Tamana was the one to administer my test. She was extremely gentle and made the test as painless as possible(as painless as possible for a long swab going up your nose can be lol). Every time she would see me, she would ask how my mom was doing and always sent her best. I ended up getting a COVID antibody test because through the hospitalization my mom found out at some point she had had COVID. I explained why I needed the test and would be called when the results were in. I got the call and to my shock(since my mom and I live together) it was negative. The next time I saw Tamana, she said she was just as surprised that the test was negative(I was the only one with a pending antibody test so she knew it was mine). She also made sure I knew of the results. If you're being treated at StatMD by Tamana, you are beyond in good hands.
