Anthony Fiacco: Allstate Insurance

This place is horrible. They send you junk mail and emails basically daily. Yet when you have a problem you hear nothing. And when you do hear from them and try to fix the issue they can't be bothered to help.

Extremely helpful and saved us money switching from Esurance for the same level of coverage on newer vehicles (which really surprised us)! Anthony and Karen are wonderful to work with, highly recommend giving them a call.

Allstate insurance is solidly above average when it comes to insurance, expect to pay more and expect to get much more in return. That being said the joy of this place is Anthony Fiacco himself. The very first thing Anthony mentioned to me when I asked him to handle my home insurance was, "I'll do that and I'll make sure you get exactly what you need, but I gotta say I'm not a good insurance broker because I don't want you to pay for what you don't need." Over the course of the next day or so of pulling together the things that we needed to switch over, a process that Anthony was able to do in person, this was the resonant theme of the process. Over the course of our time talking about insurance I learned about what NY requires, what to expect should a contractor gets hurt while working on my property, and other little interesting tidbits of legalese that nobody in my immediate circle knew or cared to share. Anthony will absolutely follow through with what he said to me. He will get you exactly what you need and make sure that you're not overpaying on insurance. His expertise is that of someone who knows the system, it is my hope that you will let him guide you through the process and will take his advice freely. Plus he has two well behaved dogs he keeps in his office.
