        OMG - the way customer service should be. Needed an expander clasp for watch I picked up at Wal Mart and got from the main switchboard directly to a nice woman who took the info on the model number, asked for my contact info and said it will be on the way for free. Took maybe 1-2 minutes start to finish - the way customer service should be. Totally awesome!

        16 March 2021 Tuesday, Customer Service was the worst of the worst, rude and when I asked to speak to a manager the lady hung up on me so I tried calling 10 more times and no one would answer, I ended up emailing customer service repair department and was routed to complaints dept. I purchased an armitron men's watch watch and 2 months later it stopped working through NO FAULT of on part and had a extended warranty placed on it and went through pure hell to get a resolution! This company SUCKS!
