Merchant Industry is one of the best companies I've ever partnered with. Their tech is reliable and customers service is always responsive and accommodating. Don't know what I would've done if I didn't have their equipment before Covid hit.

Don't believe any of the 5 stars, they were all bought, employees, family and friends. Read the ones that really had to deal with them. They rub you on your fees, service is horrible.... They are dishonest to the core! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Proceed with caution. If you're an agent or wanting to become an agent selling merchant services, I would advise you looking elsewhere. On the surface this seemed to be a helpful company, however, I've been with them for six months now and can not get assistance from anyone. Not a returned call or anything. I've lost multiple accounts directly due to the utter lack of customer service.
