As one of the most crucial operations in the borough, the Entrepreneur Space is a place where entrepreneurs can make their dreams come alive. It is an "innovation incubator" which is a space designed to help folks develop their ideas into fruition, and flourish as an up-n-coming small business. So many of the best businesses in Queens got their legs in this space, and for food oriented bizes especially; this is a place where a licensed kitchen is available for just about any occasion from testing to presenting. This is especially important for folks who aren't looking to sign a lease for a commercial space and/or want to try something out before venturing out on their own.It's still relatively new as it's only been around for a few years. It's not the largest space, but it addresses a crucial need for small businesses who are hoping to take their food game to the next level. Folks can rent the spaces and the place is open 24 hours a day. FIngers crossed they stick around for a long time.
