TGI Fridays

The service was great. Very friendly hostess and waitress. Drinks were filled quickly and food came out in a reasonable time. The food was very good. I love the Jack Daniel's sauce; had that glazed over my ribs and it was delicious. My only small complaint was the floor was sticky throughout the restaurant and in the bathroom, and the wood border of our table felt sticky. But not sticky from something spilling; I don't know how to explain it well, but it felt old and more like it needs to be updated. However, that being said I would still absolutely eat there.

Horrible food was gross they didn't even put salad dressing on the salad. Had to ask for silverware. We got the southern fried chicken sandwich one person got a regular one the other got a spicy one the spicy one just had Tabasco sauce poured over it. And honestly McDonald's chicken sandwich would be better. The fajitas salad I had was horrible too huge deep fried tortilla hanging off the plate gross. Even after I asked for dressing the dressing did not improve the salad. The broccoli soup the broccoli wasn't cooked. Very surprised at TJIFridays your food used to be good, not anymore and I won't be back. Food sucked and so did the service.

This place is a joke.Both the food and service are HORRIBLE here! The food is not edible and will probably get you sick because it’s NOT prepared correctly and the food is old.Think twice before eating here. The service SUCKS too think about why the place is always EMPTY! With all the good restaurants around the mall just skip this dump!

Arrived with a party of 2 and was seated at a table promptly. No wait staff came by to give us drinks or acknowledge our existence. After fifteen (15) minutes, we let the hostess know we'd be leaving as no wait staff came. All she could say was "oh, ok". If that's not 1 star service I don't know what is.
