Went to the Lake Grove location on Saturday afternoon 4/6/24 with a party of 6. We had to flag someone down to get seated. When we were seated, we gave our drink order. That took awhile to come (there were maybe 8 people total in the place) and then we place our order. The order took forever to come. While waiting, I was looking around and noticed the state of the restaurant. It was pretty dirty overall and I attached the photo of the window corner we were sat in front of. Pretty gross. Our order eventually came out of the kitchen, our waitress checked in with us as soon as the food hit the table, that was the last we saw of her until we needed the check. In fairness, the food was hot and was decent enough, but all I could think about after seeing that cob webb corner was what does the kitchen look like. Now for the bill, I paid in cash, I left the tip on the table and brought the bill up to be paid myself (it was taking too long for the waitress). Again, there was maybe 10 people in the place and most were at the bar. Not sure where the staff was. I had a bill of $106.46 ... I gave the girl at the counter $110.46 .... it took 15 minutes for me to get my $4 in change. That was after chasing down staff, who needed a manager to get me the $4. I don't know how this place is still open! Kid-friendliness: If you want your 5 year old to be exposed to music dropping F bombs, come here. I understand it's a bar/restaurant... but it was 2 in the afternoon. With barely anyone in it. Read the room and turn down the music a bit. You're not impressing anyone.

Ordered Uber eats and it was so disgusting what I received!!!! A burger at $17 burnt, dry and super cold slapped on a stale bun!!! At this day and age restaurants serving food like this? Worst yet, they didnt even send the Cole slaw for the extra $2 but instead got oil soaked layers potatoe chips! Guess the manager/ staff really doing a great job. Reporting this to BBB. Places like this should close down! Food is a heath and safety issue!
