Great meat, good service. Wonderful server by the name of Raylynn makes our night every time. Update: Have a wonderful time going back and enjoying the newer dishes.

If it werent for our waiter Sean, this place would have 1 star. This was our first time at Texas de Brazil and we came in excited to try everything they had. I came in at 7pm and the restaurant wasnt even a quarter full. We had told our preferences of meat to be medium rare and the first pieces of meat that came were literallycongratulations well done. I wish I was joking but the meat cutter had told me that a piece was medium well when the flesh of the meat was point blank grey. The cow died for no reason. We had a piece that looked decent but nope your dog wouldnt even be able to chew it. I also dont know whats wrong with the meat but we were either getting straight dry pieces or all fat. Overall, the experience was alright and Sean was such a sweetheart for being so attentive and caring. If anyone working there is reading this, tell your cook to reconsider another career path.

Cost $400+ for 6 people to get terribly cold meat that took forever to come. It was such a waste of our time and money, and the management did very little to help after we brought this up (all they did was bring the food that we never got out like 15 minutes after the fact, when we were over it already). They even brought out 2 iced teas, yet one was super light and the other was fairly dark. The waiters also show up like three times during your actual meal to pretty much just clear the tables - not enough to be of any help. The only one who brought anything remotely fresh was one of the young meat carvers named Sean, who really deserves a raise! He was so helpful and kind, handled everything better than the management.

My family took me here for my birthday this year and I was a little disappointed. We had reservations and they sat us right away which was great our server was very nice and the restaurant was clean. However everytime we got a piece of meat is was cold, when we requested chicken it took about an hour for any chicken to come out to us and when we got it they were dry. Also my dad who doesnt eat meat got charged the full $60 when he ate just from the salad bar. We were there about an hour and a half and there was many meats that never even came across us. Maybe it was just a bad night but I wasnt impressed. I dont think it was worth the almost $400 we spend there.

We went for the first time on Valentines Day and had an amazing time the servers and atmosphere were outstanding !! Thanks ALOT we will be back !!!
