        First thing, very expensive. Family of 7 with 5 deserts=$700.00. I am a mother of a former server at another establishment so I know to tip my waiter, but tipping should include some service. It is a buffet mostly, so 100.00 tip for bringing 11 drinks to a table and 5 togo desrt boxes is very excessive in my opinion. Now if the tips are shared then I'm ok with that because the people serving the meat deserve it. The food was good, if you like salads because that is all the buffet consists of besides plain jasmine rice and lobster bisque. The meats were good, and after a request to see more visits of the meat servers we were served pretty regularly. All were cooked to your desired temperature except 1 instance where the steak was raw. Was it worth it????? No, not for $100 a person.
