Janet Prince: Allstate Insurance

Janet seemed very nice on our first interaction however it all went down hill after. I called for a homeowners quote a week ago and she assured me she would work on it and get back to me later on. No problem 4 days later no response but I figured ide give her the benefit of the doubt due to the storm in ny knocking out power all over. I called her the following day and she explained she was working on my quote but had no power and would get back to my by weekend. This was not the case she was called either the following Monday and no response and mailbox was full then called on Tuesday and left a message still no response. Pretty unprofessional and upsetting especially since she said she would work hard to bring me back to allstate Janet seemed very nice on our first interaction however it all went down hill after.
