    To start off, I actually Like the store manager Brayan and I do feel like he tries his best to help you out He gets 5 stars. Anyways, So I ordered a new replacement phone yesterday because mine isn't working anymore. I paid my 40 to get it changed and I was told to come back 2 hours later to pick the new one up. Instead I came today because I couldn't go back yesterday evening. I had to drive out here twice because they said they are open at 10am on Sunday but when I was there at 10am it was all gated up. I waited 15 mins and left because I didn't want to waste more time. Now when I came back it was about 12 and thankfully someone was there to "help". When I arrived I saw a man sitting on a foldable chair sitting on his phone, I was like " Okay, he must be a customer waiting". A moment later he stood up and asked if i needed help. I told him Im just here to pick up my phone that I paid for. He look in like 2 drawers and said "we didnt get it yet." I don't know if the delivery truck burned in a fire or decided to skip this store but my phone never came. The man then profiled me and started speaking to me in spanish all of a sudden. I kept replying in English because that's my language, I didnt mind him talking in spanish but as a customer I prefer you stick with the language Im speaking to you in. Anyways, I told him I need my phone today because I need to do a final and a bunch of other stuff that requires my phone. He said theres nothing he can do and he cant return my money because I paid at this store. I told him I dont care and I want my money so I can go to another metro to see I can get my phone there cause I need it urgent. Well he didnt budge and kept telling me in Spanish that the store manager will come tomorrow at 2pm..... So why the hell am I paying $40 dollars for same day in store delivery? Im very disappointed with this service and dont understand why I cant get MY MONEY so I can go to another Metro PCS . So now I just wasted time, money on gas, I cant do my final project without my classmates phone numbers. So thanks sir for not trying to help the customer or bending rules even. But thank you for looking after this company (combined with Tmobile) that's worth 1.5 billion dollars. At least they won't lose $40 dollars or waste their time, right? So many things I need to do today and now I cant cause of Metros incompetence. I really wish the store manager was there. If things get fixed and they actually change their store hours to its proper time, Ill give a better review because I don't have anything against this place. just hate the service I just recieved that's all

    Worst store to ever come too they don’t look at your bill they just sutomatica Charge you. You expect me to know you have no tracking system or anything? I came in to lay my mothers phone and my mom paid it the day before I didn’t know my mom is schizophrenic why would I think anyone paid her phone bill if I always do. Well long story short this store charged me twice in one month the day after a payment was made and then disrespected me having no type of sympathy or care for me as a customer so with that being said F YA!!!!
