I called around and found that Guru Repairs seemed to be the most confident in fixing Apple Watch screens. Im happy with the result and the screen seems great. The main reason Im not giving 5 stars is because I was initially told that the watch would be fixed basically within a couple days but the replacement parts didnt come in until several days later so it took longer. It was around the holidays and I know suppliers could be the issue, but its still not the best experience. I would still recommend them and will likely visit again for any future repairs. My assumption is that the delay I experienced was a unique situation.

I left my phone there and it came so clean and I watched his videos and it was cool that he got to fix my phone and record it

Great customer service and very good repair. Michael was able to diagnosis and fixed my computer so that it was practically brand new.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs HELP. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Black screen and dead. I called a few shops to get estimates. I was not impressed so far until i called Guru repair and spoke to Michael. He sounded genuine and confident. I got my phone back today as promised and it's perfect. Also, he is the only one at the shop. That means he's putting his reputation on the line. Thanks Michael.
