Coldwell Banker Mid-Plaza Real Estate

It's very clear this agency or agents are very racist.  I'm just curious as to how they are going to sell homes in the Gerritsen Beach area if they don't like minorities...   Your lost not mine.  I will make sure I do not use Coldwell for my next purchase....

I am extremely unhappy with Mr. Nasti.  I have a real estate license in New Jersey and worked for Coldwell Banker and expected a certain level of expertise.  I have a 2million dollar plus property.  As we know buyers look on the internet and the pictures of my property was taken with a phone camera.  The property when placed on Trulia and Zillow was not accurate and updated.  There was a request for an exclusive as opposed to trying to expose the property to all agents.  I was told of offers with no documentation.  I asked to be released from the listing due to the fact that the agent was not truthful and not aware of who was placing an offer.  I countered an offer and then received a written offer much lower than the offer explained to me.  The realtor had to check her notes to realize that what I countered a week ago was the same buyer who gave the higher offer.  My son took pictures to replace the photos from the phone and we withdrew our listing stating that the new pictures and writ ups would be used.  She put the same horrible initial listing and asked me what pictures I wanted to replace.  Mr. Nasti stated that he had difficulty with me could not please me and still refused to release my listing.  Stay away from this company
