I strongly recommend against using this agency. I had issues with them at every point in the process. First of all, they ignored several requests to see the apartment and/or ghosted me before showings.In the end, I did see the apartment, and they outwardly lied about several things--I asked if there was rodent issue, and they said no, even though there was a mouse in the buildingat the time (I'm pretty sure that is illegal). The landlord was honest with me about that--not the realtors. They also lied about amenities--the listing claimed the apartment has hardwood floors, but the floors are not hardwood. Most worryingly, they represent slumlords. I moved into an building that does not have heat or hot water--they did nothing to warn me, and after I moved in, they told me to stop contacting them and just be in touch with the landlord. Seriously, beware!
