ER-DOX Urgent Care of Marine Park

I came here for 9 am and its now 10:38am and were still waiting for them to open . We were waiting in the lobby and the only guy that was on site directed us to wait in the cold . This location is just the worst not professional at all , locking the door so we could wait in the entrance disgusting . I paid $24 to come this to location and this is what Im met with horrible

Well, I gave you guys yet another try two years later. I waited in the waiting room for over 2 hours then I was seen by a doctor who forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy and did not provide any discharge papers. 2 years ago: Privacy Information was not provided, Terms and Conditions were not offered, and links on the check-in app for terms and conditions and privacy information did not work. They showed an empty screen, and neither nurse nor the doctor changed gloves when they came in and out of the room from seeing other patients doctor and nurse handled two patients at the same and in the same room.
