The super worst & terrible staff at front i have ever seen. The staff is very rude with every patient & they never let anyone know whats going on with patient medications/injections. Super worst experience of my life. If anyone wants to go this practice make yourself ready for rudeness of staff & alot of patience.

The office staff, the first people you meet when you walk into the office, are less than friendly and less than helpful. They must've forgotten the reason why they're in the profession that they're in - to care for the patient and their needs, in any which way. In person and on the phone there have been unfriendly encounters and it always feels like any interaction is a bother to them, especially Diane. I have observed the way she speaks to patients. Rude is not strong enough of a word to describe her. For an office with such great neurologists, it is a shame that people like Diane have the ability to tarnish the reputation and deter patients from coming back. Patient care is lost as soon as you reach the front desk.
