        Mr.Osmani is a great doctor and so is his wife ms.nasreen. He has been my primary care doctor for years. However the staff they employ in their Pitkin Ave office is very rude and do not care how you feel. If you ask them their name after they schedule an appointment for you. They will hang up on your face. So keep appointment making short to avoid extra animosity. Other than that this a is very high volume office so please make your appointments ahead of time as walk ins are last priority. Overall experience was at 5 stars however was lowered to 3 due to rude staffs.
