        Cancelled my booking a month out so they could charge more for the booking. Didnt even bother to contact me directly to apologize. These people are thieves. Dont do business with them.

        Hotel states they allow cancellations but did not allow me to cancel. They advised they’d call me back but never did. Poor customer service/garbage owners that are content w taking money from people who were unable to travel.

        Please stay away, their “free parking” is just street parking which is a joke. They charge a lot but their rooms are so small you can barely move.
