My experience is the staff is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. The customer service is atrocious. I lost my ID last week at their rooftop and I spent several days trying to get in contact with someone to help me with this matter but its impossible to get ahold of someone who can help. I emailed, called, and left voicemails several times. The receptionist was rude when she answered the phone, and she cut me off in the middle of my sentence. She has no manners. Its an urgent matter and I dont know what kind of game this hotel is playing. Its extremely sketchy to not get back to a customer regarding this. Not sure if theyre holding on to it and ignoring me on purpose but I dont want to be a victim of identity theft. I just want to know if they have it. On top of that, the drinks are overpriced and watered down.

Do NOT stay here as a family! Pool is only for adults, even with sound makers, couldnt sleep with the pounding club music, elevators are ridiculously slow, food is ok at best. We spent a fortune for four nights here and Im still trying to survive one night. More
