Service advisor did not know anything about vehicle repair and was unable to explain what needed to be done with the brakes on my truck. She also tried to make me pay for repairs that were under warranty, even though we had discussed the fact that the truck was still under warranty when I made the appointment. I dropped the truck off the evening before my appointment. The overnight key drop box did not have a padlock on it. Fortunately someone from sales was still there at 7 pm to let me drop off the key inside the building.

I bought my van through Simmons and noticed a small coolant leak a couple weeks later. They scheduled service for me to take care of it. After replacing the lines they noticed another leak and went out of their way to fix that, service the transmission, install a new coolant cap and even put new pads and rotors on for free because I mentioned it felt off when I was braking. Veryyy impressed and they were professional and timely.

I dealt with Richard in the CDJR dealership in bath. He was fantastic and even worked on his day off to make sure I could start my travel early because we live a decent distance away. We pulled in and the car was waiting for us and Richard made the rest of the process a breeze. Thanks again for the help.
