        Dropped off my car for service for an oil change and inspection sticker technician was very rude. Service was very lousy. Will never bring my car back again. Try calling manager manager never picked up phone horrible.

        Took my car for oil change, very bad experience. They change the oil, but never reset oil life and never top off the other fluid. SMH.

        2 trips from Suffolk county .4 hours total waiting to be told both times they dont have part after scheduling me and ensuring part was there. This was a simple plastic part that was damaged when I took delivery of brand new car. My gut feeling was they would screw it up and they did. I wouldnt let them check the pressure in my tires thats how incompetent they are
