Offered an insulting $6000 in trade in value on a truck that sells regularly $15,000-$22,000 at both ends of the spectrum (I know they won't offer that for trade in obviously). I didn't even entertain further negotiations.

lady in service department was no help what so ever but quick to book an appointment for a simple fix these Canandaigua dealerships are no good wouldnt recommand

As part of our research for a new Chrysler Pacifica minivan, we solicited a quote from Canandaigua CDJR. Will McClooney quickly responded to our request, asking for more info so he could fine tune his quote. Shortly thereafter, he sent the quote and said he would begin looking for the exact model and trim we wanted. A little later he sent a link to a near-exact match at an affiliated dealer. The next day we met with Will and agreed on a final price, but predicated our purchase on a successful test drive. He quickly arranged to have the van brought to the Canandaigua location. Our test drive convinced us to buy the Pacifica, so we agreed on a final price and gave Will the go ahead. Two days later Will called to tell us the van was ready for pick up. Scott quickly walked us through the purchase papers; after which Will gave us a detailed tour of the van and tutorial on all the new technology. The entire purchase process took one week, including the time to relocate the van which was delayed by one day due to inclement weather. We certainly appreciated Will's friendliness and low key sales approach throughout our experience and we look forward to a long relationship with Will, Scott and Canandaigua CJDR.
