Charged me for cleaning my battery terminals but didnt actually do it.
Updated my phone number and asked them to delete the old one. Kept old number and called that one when contacting me to get permission to do work. I had to call them to figure out what was going on. This caused a multi hour delay in service, all for a simple oil change. Dropped the car off at 9am, did not get it back until 4:30.
