We called because our pipes froze. Nick showed up dropped the water pipes in our attic, so we won't have frozen pipes again. While fixing that he discovered our hot water heater had a leak and repaired that as well. Probably saved us a couple of thousand in repairs down the line. He was fast, courteous, and efficient. Nick and Terrence did a fantastic job installing a new gas line and assisting with my tankless install. Nick and Terrence repaired wiring for our radiant heating and replaced cartridges in two faucets. They are knowledgeable and efficient and we are very pleased with the completed work. They were also very helpful on giving us advice on water softening systems and we valued their expertise. The customer service from Sarah was excellent.
