Kevin Meek is an honest, reasonably priced, and detail-oriented plumber who can do a variety of things. We had him install a high efficiency furnace a few years back, which required him and his team to add new piping to bypass our old furnace vent, which was out of code. His bid came in lower than the other places we contacted and he went out of his way to go above and beyond what they promised, including re-insulating our old vent pipes, and making sure our intake vent was large enough (which it hadn't been for the previous furnace). Last year, we had him completely remodel our bathroom, which required going down to the subfloor, which had rotted due to old leaks. He also had to do some framing on the wall of the house due to rotted boards there, which he did at a very reasonable additional cost. He connected us with a tile guy who finished the job off beautifully and had a similar level of meticulousness that Kevin did. I always go to Kevin first for my plumbing-related needs.

Kevin and his crew have bailed us out of unexpected situations, and have given us good advice. While attempting to repair a cabinet, we uncovered a cracked drain pipe. KSM came the next day, first thing in the morning and had the drain pipe fixed quickly for a reasonable price. Shortly thereafter, the infloor radiant heating line got nicked, and water flooded into our kitchen. Kevin came the next day after hunting down the old-out-of-date parts needed to repair the line, fixed it and helped us flush the system. He even rebuilt the under sink cabinet for us and did an excellent job. Each time he has gone to the trouble to tell us what happened, how it was fixed, and in the case of the radiant heating system, what should be done in the fall to get the system ready.
