Ashlynn worked her butt off today to help get us an earlier time to switch our swamp cooler over and Tony arrived to easily and painlessly switch it over for us. B. Carlson staff were all professional and very knowledgeable on our 2 evaporative cooling units replacement. Mario in sales recommended for the downstairs unit using BreezAir downdraft which has 10 speed control with automatic water quality control. This unit is awesome in performance. Alex and Manuel did the installation work for both units. The quality of work was excellent, they both were professional and explained all the details of the BreezAir unit operations. We were a challenging install with a situation not easy to fix. Alex persisted and at times more than 2 people were here working out a solution. (in the wind the roof).
