I got my dog in here once and was very pleased, but there is no way to contract them again for another appointment and the groomer said that he could not set up future appointments.

Matthew did such an amazing job with my Shih Tzu. My baby is so beautiful shes only seven months old and he did an amazing job. Ill bring her back.

Called friday and my my appointment for Saturday at 8:30am i arrive early about 10 minutes and its closed. I waited about 15 minutes after my appointment time and no one showed up no one answered my calls. It was freezing outside. The hours say mon-sat 8am-6pm and it was closed. The worst service ever. Dont even waste your time!

My daughter recommended this place so I made an appointment for Saturday morning and no one was there, no one answered the phone. Very disappointed because I drove a bit further to come here and waited for 30 mins. I left a message and no one has returned my phone calls.
