        BEWARE OF their policies. I cancelled my appointment with Furry Land within 20 minutes of making it with the intention of rescheduling it for later in the month. I was blown away when I was told that I may be charged a cancellation fee. What?! I just made that appointment! And I was planning to reschedule! Obviously I didn't reschedule nor will I ever. Furry Land, it seems shady to presume you are entitled to a convenience fee when the appointment was only on the books for 20 minutes.

        Alex came and groomed both my dirty dogs out past Santa Fe. They got right up in the van no problem and then promptly tried to leave with him. Just an excellent experience for all of us. We will be booking again.

      Karen I'm sorry our call center misinformed you. You were NOT charged a cancellation fee. That is in place IF you cancel less than 48 hours. I'd appreciate if you remove or revise this review to correct misinformation. Christina (owner)
