Wow! This groomer is amazing, in so many ways! First, our dog needed to be groomed asap due to an unfortunate reaction to a medication. I can't begin to tell you how many groomers I called, but J.E.M's was the only one who understood how much we NEEDED our dog to be groomed right away. They got back to me quickly, asked questions that indicated they cared about our dog and our situation, and (I kid you not) less than 2 hours later, our dog was being groomed! They were efficient, professional, kind to our dog, and so sweet to speak with. Prices were more than reasonable, and they even worked late to make sure our dog was taken care of. They have a customer for life, and we will NEVER go to any other groomer! To J.E.M's: Thank you so much for everything you did for us today! Words cannot express how grateful we are, and how much we appreciate you!

This is a family run business and the staff loves animals, cares deeply, and provides a loving, fun environment. The groomers are professional and kind. They take great pride in their work, and truly bond with the animals. Love these ladies!!
