My husband had to travel to Albuquerque for work, and the kids and I travelled with him. We decided to try the Anthea. It was convenient to my husband's work, but the best selling point for me was having a full kitchen. We went grocery shopping when we arrived and saved a ton of money by not eating out each meal. The other great feature was having a washer and dryer in each apartment. Being able to keep up with laundry while we were there meant we didn't have piles of dirty clothes to deal with when we got home. We have 5 kids and stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

We LOVED our stay at Anthea at the Granite for the Balloon Fiesta. Our condo had two bedrooms and two baths which was perfect for our party of four adults. I slept on the pullout sofa and it was quite comfortable with no pesky bars in the back. Getting to the condo was easy from the airport and it was well connected to everything we wanted to see and do. Everything was perfect--loved the decor and that we were quite comfortable and had everything we needed. Do not hesitate to book the Anthea!

Stayed here for about a year ... Was Great ! until new. management came in April ...GDR property solutions..not very professional, rude, and untruthful.They wouldnt honor what the previous management agreed to. Ok understand but wanted us to pay an extremely large amount just to stay there and now I just saw that they are charging $1490 for the exact place we were staying and were being charged $2000 and Briana from GDR property solutions raised it to $2200 . We couldnt pay that .. I guess they didnt realize we were in a pandemic or they didnt care because they told us if we couldnt pay we had to get out by May 1st at 11am .. So we got out .. was it legal for them to kick my family including my 15 month old and 13 year old out during a pandemic? I didnt think landlord could evict people during this time? Now were in a hotel .. Thank you Anthea at the Granite.. GDR property solution for being so heartless!
