        Ive made the reservation with the confirmation number and the moment I reach out the property late in the night theyve allocated the room to others. Like seriously even after making reservation in prior theyre reallocating it to others for more money which is not at all acceptable

        Would give 0 stars if possible. Was charged an extra charge the day after I paid over $1,400 for a month on a separate account. Took the info to the front desk about it and a week later still has not been dealt with. Saw several roaches in my room throughout my stay. Will be checking out early most likely. Will never go back.

        Very helpful and friendly staff. When there's a problem they are prompt and efficient and have things done in a timely fashion. I love the feeling the place and people make everything easy so you can relax. Walkability: In walking distance there are groceriey stores and a couple of has stations. There are city buses that stop in front of the property that are easy to find your way around the city.
