Service was great, area clean and they were well staffed, received our order quickly. Not too packed around lunchtime.

Nice, upscalish shopping center with a wide variety of shops and restaurants. As it hosts the closest Starbucks to our home we see it a lot. It's come through the pandemic mostly untouched, although it did lose a couple favorite places of ours.

This location in Somerset used to be great, with stellar staff, excellent customer service, and attentive baristas. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill in the past several years. Perhaps that's one reason why they've had to severely reduce hours.

Apparently today the store closes at 1 PM. I guess due to shortage of staff. When I went up to the front door it was locked and there was a person there that clearly saw me we made eye contact and I made a gesture asking her if the store is closed. Instead of acknowledging me she turned her head around and kept on mopping. Some human decency wouldve just acknowledged my request and just say the store is closed or what not. This is unprofessional this is inhumane
