Just charged $6.41 for a tiny cold brew, and it was half ice. On top of it they expect a tip, lol. Disgusting and I want my money back

I walked in to buy water they said they are not open, theres like 10 people in there and one person setting up and everyone else sitting down. They were looking at me like I wanted to rob the place cuz i wanted water. All in all great experience, never going to any Starbucks again. Heres a tip for you: dont leave the door open when youre closed. Just saved you $1000s of potential dollar.

Someone dropped a cup on accident and the manger (named Nini) came over and yelled very inappropriately while I was standing in line. I had no issue paying for cup but the attitude was very disrespectful and disappointing. Not what Starbucks employees stand for or should condone.
