One Call Medical Inc

What an absolute joke. They deliver a wheelchair and don't even have tracking and have no idea when it's supposed to be dropped off and I'm supposed to have someone home to receive it. I was discharged the day of delivery. They didn't communicate at all. My physical rehab knows nothing, my emergency contact knows nothing. For delivering something as important as medical supplies, this is an absolute joke of a company. I was also left on hold for WELL over 20 minutes.

I have been trying to make my STAT MRI appointment for my ankle for almost two weeks now. I have called everyday and they say they will call me back and do not. Very unorganized, unprofessional, and unhelpful. My doctor needed this done as soon as possible due to not being able to move my toes. Obviously they do not care.

***THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW NEEDED*** Be as an ex employee of One Call Medical which is now known as One Call Care Management is that the environment is great to work in. Multiple opportunities to grow. I can say that the company does care for your well being. As a patient standpoint, EVERYONE must understand that this company has multiple branches, some acquired from existing companies. This company also handles tens of thousands of claims weekly which is given to them from outside sources. That is an amazing feat that put this company above all others. There will be human errors, yes but they are quickly able to respond and fix it.
