After submitting overwhelming video evidence of their insured being at fault and a police report stating their insured was at fault, they acknowledged and said they will pay the claim. 90 days later, still no money and they won't return my emails or phone calls.

Gabbage set of people. After waiting for more than a month without a car,they finally came and took my car and it took them more than a month to send me documents to sign. I don't even know where my car is and the lady Quintrice Edwards the adjuster and Pamela Jugdes her supervisor won't get back to me even after i leave them tones of voice and emails.Never think of using this people you'll wait your whole life for nothing.
