They will actually talk and try to solve your problems unlike other stores where they won't help you if you are not buying anything new.

I came here for some tech support help, a month later i was surprised to see a plan add on to my bill with services I never approved. Customer service was able to reverse the charges. Do not trust anyone at this location.

I came here to switch from att. We moved a family plan over from att and all I needed was a new sim card and the phone I wanted as part of the promotion. The employee I worked with was not knowledgeable about the products or services offered as part of the promotion and plan I was moving to. He stated he activated the sim card and even though I had no service on the phone he said it would take up to 72 hours for the service to become active. This by itself is unbelievable. I decided to leave to get some food and said I'd come back if I did not have service in about 15 minutes. I tried to make a call to test the service and the error stated I had a sim card that has not been activated so I returned to the store. I explained that to the employee and he said I had to sit down and wait. I explained that they created this problem for me and had to resolve it. He then tries to activate a new sim card for me. It requires a one time pin to be sent to an existing cellphone on the plan to activate the new sim. The employee sent that pin to my number which I was there to get a new sim for because the first one I was given was not properly activated. Obviously it would not work which I explained to the employee. At this time the other employee in the store decided to help. We had to send the one time pin to another number on the account. I ended up having to call my relative to get the pin. Somehow in the process of doing this, they cancelled the three phone lines we just created as part of transferring to T-Mobile. Finally they contacted T-Mobile support to resolve the problems they created. Something else I didn't mention earlier is that they kept passing me off between each employee during my entire time here until I said it was frustrating. It should have been one employee who helped me through the entire time. The experience here was terrible to say the least. If you're interested in TMobile as a cellphone carrier or interested in switching, go to another location to avoid a similar situation than what I had to deal with. Lastly I want to point out that I was there for at least one and a half hours. I work at the mall and ended up being late to work as a result of the problems I had to deal with here.

I never had a better experience at a phone store. We were helped by the manager Willie. He was knowledge, efficient, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Really nice guy who is great at his job! My daughter and I traded in our Sprint phones for new ones. Everything transferred perfectly. I hated Sprint; glad they were taken over by T-Mobile. Great experience with Willie.

I went to this location for a phone upgrade. The sales associate had a hard time providing information comparing two separate phones and the features they offer in order to tell me what the better phone was. OK, I get it... Maybe you don't know all the details of each phone. Maybe you should though? After selecting the right phone (I personally had to research TMobile website myself) I checked out and was never asked any questions regarding my purchase. I arrived home to find out that I was enrolled in a protection plan I never agreed to through a text message. Not cool guys! Maybe spend a little less time on your phones when working and learn about the actual products you are selling. Ask people if they want a protection plan as well. This is a feature you should actually sell and not just add to a account.
