Today was the most horrible experience with a Dr. I left the office in tears I couldnt allow her to continue for my the exam. Nurse practitioner Maria Rocktashrel Make so uncomfortable, my questions were annoying her . She is not professional ,not kindness. She did not like my accent nor my questions. I really wish to have a number or person to complain about this dr . This do not deserve a start . Shame .

No competent staff, no accountability for their mistakes. I gave them the name of my referring doc and scheduled an appt with no problem then the day of my appt they had me wait for 20mins just to tell me my referring doc isn't in their network and they can't see me. They had a week to realize this and lmk but didn't bother verifying anything until the time of my appt.

This place is actually horrible. They will literally cancel your appointment they same day. Its always excuses as to why they have to cancel it. I made a appointment and they ended up canceling it one hour before the appointment

If I could give this practice zero stars I would. I decided to switch my 13 month olds pediatrician due to personal reasons. He has a cranial helmet. When we first get to the facility the medical assistant tells that the doctor wants to speak to me. When I see Dr. Shalini Solanki, she tells me she does not feel comfortable seeing my child because he has a tight neck causing the need of the cranial helmet. I explained how that is not true and went into further detailed medical history with her. She then tells me she will see him as a patient but she is uncomfortable seeing children who see specialists and asks me why I decided to switch pediatricians. After I explained my reasoning I decided to stay for the appointment and allow the medical assistant to weigh and measure my son. Dr. Solanki then comes into the exam room with my son only in a diaper and says she spoke to the medical director and they decided they will not see my son due to my reasoning of switching pediatricians. Dr. Solanki already had the mindset that she was not going to see my son as a patient, but instead of calling me she had me cart my baby around in 90 degree weather to have me come into the office and waste my time. Its a shame that this practice is affiliated with RWJ, they definitely give the company a bad reputation.
