In your response to my previous review, my family has sent detailed reviews of all the issues. Hopefully you will take them into account, but I am sure nothing will change. There is no addressing my concerns because my grandfather has passed and his death was unfortunately dragged out because of the lack of intelligence and communication with your employees. Worst health care I have ever seen.

Sending my father to Care One at St Peters was the best decision we made for his recovery. He was in critical condition when he arrived and within a week his progress was just a miracle because of the amazing staff. Every single doctor, nurse, staff member were just so good to my dad and my family. He would not be where he is at with his recovery if it wasnt for incredible care and therapy he received here. Also the whole hospital is beautiful and so clean.

This was the worst care I have ever seen. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not bring your loved ones here, especially if it is urgent. They have no sense of urgency. The staff is unorganized and does not communicate. Communication is the main issue I believe. Some nurses and doctors have been nice but only four out of the many. My grandfather was suppose to get his medication every three hours and we had to tell them several times before they would actually come and do it. The medication was also mixed up in the system when getting prescriptions so those were delayed. They also did not communicate with hospice well. The morning nurse told hospice my grandfather was being discharged, which was far from true he was dying, and the night nurse had no idea what was going on. Hospice never came. Then we we moved him on morphine drip it took them 15 hours to actually bring the drip. He could of died by then but they took their time. Every time we asked where the morphine drip was they said within an hour. Their pharmacy is an hour away which is one concern so if you need medicine good luck. But even if it was just an hour it still took a whole day to arrive. Also, if you press the nurse button or theres urgent beeping on the machines, no one will come. You have to go the the nurse yourself. Overall horrible.
