    This was the most unprofessional hotel I have ever stayed at!!! When I first checked in I was placed in a handicap room with no AC. It literally felt like a sauna when I walked in. After asking why the AC wasn't working, I was informed that they knew of the problem and it couldn't get worked on until Monday. I politely asked for a room change and was told they were sold out, and the best they could do was give me a portable AC unit. I reluctantly agreed. However after I returned to my room after about five hours, the room was more hot than before. The AC unit blew out the hot air from the back of it... After complaining for the second time, they magically gave me another room. To top it all off, long after I checked out they were charging me for an additional two weeks like I was still there. I am honestly ashamed of how unprofessional the workers here are. Don't waste your time or money with this place.

    Never stay here. They took my credit card and charged me $1390 when I had stayed on point (stayed only 3 nights). The day they charged me, I was not even at the hotel. It was like 15 days after. They turned around when I called them up to have them refund the charge, they said no and that I should call my credit card company to file a complaint. The front desk manager was rude as can be... stating that they did not charge me... the interesting thing is that on my cedit card statement is says " Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott"... stay far away from this hotel... I am a titanium customer but was treated like trash.

    I recently stayed at the comfort inn at mt Laurel from 3/11-3/18. 7 nights total. For the first 4 night every night starting about 7-8pm hallways very loud banging..,almost like someone was running up and down the halls!! Went thru midnight every night! I was there 7 nights.. Never got room service, nor was told that if needed had to call and request! Went to use the lotion and it was completely empty.. So it never got changed from prior occupant. The tub was rusted and dirty. Everyday stepping off elevator there was piles of garbage.. And it's not like there were small bags from the rooms. It was like 5 rooms collected in 1 big bag and there was multiple bags. It was there day in and out. Never got pulled to dumpster. Monday night middle night the air/heat cut out. Did Not work! And the biggest complaint I have is that I didn't have hot water! It was warm but not HOT. Like I got out of the shower every day shivering! I complained at front desk every morning and night and got told every time someone would look into it. Ended up after the 4th night getting switched to a new room. The tub was worse with rust! Had black hair on towels.. And on shower walls. So that means it was never cleaned! Was missing hair dryer and coffee maker in room! Still no hot water! For 7 nights had no HOT water except 1 day. I had hot water when I shower after 12pm. If I showered before it was cold! Not acceptable when I had to be at work at 8am!! My key card never worked.. Always had to go get it "reset" in order to get in room! Very frustrating! In the new room in corner there was a web full of dead bugs! Very gross! And lastly on the day of the fire evacuation when all guest were standing outside for over hour in cold.. Watched employee walk in and out hotel eating cereal and drinking hot coffee!! When we finally were allowed back into the hotel I witnessed a guest ask an employee to open doors for "free breakfast" since it was 10am.. And the employee response was no!! That's way over!! Really.. It's not even like they were asking for hot breakfast! They were asking for yogurt or muffins!! After standing out in the cold for 1.5 hrs.. You couldn't open doors for guests to get anything.. Not very good customer service! Finally I spoke with the front desk a few hrs before I checked out and said the GM will contact me about all my complaints! She never called Friday so when I called Monday morning.. She said I never said anything! If you look at the camera you will see me complaining every night and morning about the hot water! Then she proceeded to tell me that since I changed rooms I was not entitled to anything. That room was actually worse than the first! I paid over $600.. And she offered me a refund for $50! That's not even 1 night! I had hot water 1 out of 8 days! Your job is to provide showers, and sleeping and you did both with cold water and noise! You are failing as a hotel! The General manager was very rude to me and not accommodating! She is unprofessional and wouldn't even listen to all my complaints!! All she kept saying was that I never complained... When clearly I did! Told me no males work there when the gentleman that answered the phone was clearly a male.. And I remember cuz I even complained to him twice!! She is a liar and horrible GM! She said I yelled and threatened her when I was even done telling her my list of complaints! She said they don't have bugs when clearly I have attached a picture!! I would never stay at this hotel again! Not recommend the brand to anyone! I have stayed at a few before and never had a problem!!
