I checked in on 4/9/24, and the young gentleman with curly brown hair who checked me in was wonderful. Friendly, outgoing and made me feel welcome. He most defiantly deserves a pat on the back. Friendly customer service is hard to find in most places, and after a long day a warm welcoming smile and cheery person was exactly what I needed. I walked a way with a cookie and a smile. Thank you so much!!!!

This Hotel is by far one of the best in Mt.Laurel. This is my 5th stay here and its always a great experience there especially with the caring staff and their exceptional managers Jacqueline and Leandra Thank you!! again for making us feel like this is our second home away from home. We will soon you soon!

I stay at the Marriott property nearby usually, but wanted to give this a shot.
I got woken up at 7am by loud banging noises above my head from construction they are doing for renovations. I checked in after a very long day the night prior at 1am, and I was glad they made me walk *seriously*a quarter mile to get to where my room was (down 5 separate long hallways) place is a maze, and its got ok surroundings, except when I finally got the furthest room away from the entrance as possible, I hear highway noises all night, finally fall asleep at 5am.. and get woken up at 7am by banging.
Absolutely terrible stay and Im sad because the night when checking in the checkin dude was actually a great guy and welcoming but I could tell by his face that he felt bad giving me such a far room at the end of the night.
Room is clean, overshadowed by the fact that its unusable due to the loud banging noises.
In the area for work nearly every other week. And I will not be staying here again.

One of the poorer experiences Ive had in a while. Folks at the front desk are nice, but not attentive at all. I dont generally need much fortunately. The one thing I really did need was for my room to not be 85 degrees. I called the front desk and was told sorry, no AC. Best thing to do is open your window. The temperature is supposed to drop tonight. Thats great, except its still 81 in my room (79 in the living room) at 9:15 at night in early April. Now to some this may be great sleeping, but its miserable to me in the room. Hot, stuffy, ZERO air flow. The HVAC doesnt blow into the bedroom, and there is no breeze outside. Guess I wont be sleeping tonight.
Skip this Doubletree. I expect this from Holiday Inn or Super 8, not from Doubletree.
