We are so grateful to this hotel. We realized that we left our daughter's Nintendo Switch in our hotel room after we had checked out (several hours later). After messaging the hotel, we received a all back with the wonderful news that they found it, when they could have easily kept it. Needless to say, we were very impressed by their honesty and level of professionalism. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

I went homeless back in January and had the pleasure of staying a little over two months at this Hotel along with my father, courtesy of a nonprofit who is helping us while we wait to move into our new home. The room we stayed in -- a two-bed room -- was very clean, no sign of bugs or critters of any type (save for the wasp that flew right into my room through the window when I kept it open during a warm day) and housekeeping comes around every day to clean up trash, sweep/vacuum, and refresh towels, toiletries, and coffee. Maybe I'm just biased because I quite literally had nowhere else to go but this stay was absolutely wonderful. Staff was friendly, very understanding to our situation, and even gave us a discount when we had to pay for a week of nights ourself when the paid-for days ended. If you don't want to eat at the restaurant downstairsm there are multiple restaurants nearby with fast delivery or a quick drive away. My only complaints would be that the walls are pretty thin, any time someone had children on my floor I could hear them running and playing, people yelling/arguing, or blasting the TV. My refrigerator also made a loud buzzing noise constantly, but I got used to it after a while. During the last few days of my stay a strange unpleasant smell began to leave the vent in my room's bathroom (kind of a rotting sewage type smell?) which led us to keep the bathroom door closed constantly; I think some type of animal may have crawled in from outdoors and passed away in the ducts or something, but it seems to have been taken care of, as the smell went away eventually. Despite not being able to afford the hotel anymore (we are currently staying at a crappier one while waiting out the time we have left before our move-in date, which will HOPEFULLY be soon), the quality of my stay was for sure a deal for the price. If you got to this point after taking the time to read my novel of a review, I would like to say I definitely recommend this hotel to those that want a good, welcoming, and comfortable experience!
