Great place great staff.... Helpful and friendly. easy check-in and checkout.. when I come in my room I inspect everything and even behind the beds under the beds are clean to my surprise. So for cleanliness I gave a 4-star only because the place needs updates no fault of the cleaning personnel

Bring your own toilet paper and earplugs, blanket and showers curtain because there is none provided. There is no continetal breakfast or even ability to go in the lobby. Go to the Mt Laurel location instead. Its cheaper, nicer & cleaner and at least they are helpful and ready to take care of your needs Rooms: DISGUSTING AND SHAMEFUL

I stayed here over 20 times. And every time theres no breakfast The hotel stores enough people But never invest back into the hotel breakfast But theyre supposed to offer continental Theres never no bagels Theres no danishes Theres no yogurt Theres no jams or jellies Theres no cereal The toaster barely pushes down as the cheapest toaster Money can buy And the coffee is water down.. Why would the hotel make money but cant afford basic continental breakfast. I just went downstairs to eat at 7 oclock and theres only two bagels there. How many bagels did you start off with? Then theres nothing else. No oatmeal, no cereal nothing else to eat One of the desk concierge walk-through; I said theres never any breakfast here every time I stay. I said yall dont even have bagels or nothing Literally nothing every time This is not just today She said if you dont like it here you can stay somewhere else I thought that was very rude and no class They definitely need to know how to address people on a more professional level, especially when they complaint is a relevant complaint and its been a constant with no change With the breakfast situation; And Ive never made a comment before. That was rude, unclassy and unprofessional Very tacky statement to make a guess!! Secondly; Not that it should matter; Because everybody should be treated equally.. But you never know your address and what they bring to this society I fought for my country; And still help save lives Every day . So to be discarded in that manner, And talk to like a peasant Was disgusting. Do better super 8 Mount Laurel You make money; Give a little and invest back into your hotel!!!!!! March 26,2024.
