Hertz Car Rental - Hoboken - Willow Avenue HLE

We reserved a car here. Took a 7 am bus from nyc and the place went out of business. ITS NO LONGER IN OPERATION. WHAT A JOKE HERTZ. WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF THIS. WHAT A JOKE HERTZ IS. NOW IM STUCK AT 7 am in New Jersey without a car. Hertz is the worst company ever. NO ONE IN THE OFFICE WILL EVEN apologize and take any responsibility. Its all over the internet thats its open for business. HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE HERTZ NEEDS TO REALLY OVERHAUL THEIR POLICIES AND OPERATIONS STANDARD. THIS IS A ABSOLUTE HORROR SERVICE

Tank is rarely is ever full. If you call them out, they tell you dont worry its in the computer. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. There are 2 gas stations across the street.Care is also rarely ready on time. THey're always cleaning something or other. Car renting is not a complicated business IMO. I put the reservation in online, you know what time it says I'll be there, just have a damn car ready.Not sure if this is a Hertz problem or the local staff, but it is not acceptable in this day and age of customer satisfaction focus.
