Ever since,mike was gone...linda come and go..two great help..very friendly helpful,people..until ricardo come over,since ricardo took the office in fairfield..my last several rsvp (at last 4),,was canceled by him cause him did not had the cars..once twice acceptable with my understanding..but not all the the time..is something goung on i should known?..of course hertz got all the rights..but there is always enterprise too......

Great customer service!
This is my first time using Hertz and because of Mike I would choose Hertz again whenever I need a rental. Mike was very friendly and understanding.
Id recommend this Hertz location to anyone especially if you have to drop off your car to the body shop next door.

We have rented cars from the location twice in the past few months. Ricardo is great to work with & we were in & out of there with a car in no time. I recommend this location.

This place is great. Had the car ready when I arrived even a couple minutes early. The staff were super friendly and great sense of humor. Will def rent from here again, and good prices.
