This must have been the most utterly disgusting customer service I have ever received in my life. Michael Alday is going to single-handedly run this establishment into the ground. Save yourself the time and the headache and just go to enterprise. I was not greeted when I came into the building by Mr. Alday, instead I received a sneer License and credit card I had a family member come inside with me after leaving the building to make a phone call, when I had come back into the establishment, with my family member, Mr. Alday exclaimed to 77 year old grandfather that he would not rent a car to me, allegedly, I called him a name before I even saw him. Customers do not deserve to be spoken to in such a matter, I went to enterprise, where customer service is clearly a priority unlike hertz.

I would drive hours just to rent from this Hertz location! Jon and Team were so accommodating! I had to use them for an insurance claim but that didnt even matter, they treated me kindly and helped me out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

You can never get through customer service. The voice system has this repeated loop without any option to talk to a live person. I returned my car. The office as usual is closed during business hours. I left my key in the return box, but I continued to be charged on a daily basis. Called the corporation. They are investigating. Filed a complaint with my CC. Avoid returning to this location. Will update the review if I receive a call with a favorable outcome from this office.
