Warning!! Do not go to this bank!!! Opened up an account, deposited over $50,000 cashiers check from another bank. US bank held the funds for over 5 days, we were told it would only be 1 day. After funds were available our debit cards stopped working, called US Bank, no answer. I went there told them our cards aren't working both girls had grins on their faces because they knew what happened and what they did without telling us. She looked up account then said they decided as a bank TO END THE RELATIONSHIP! Said they mailed us out a check, it would take a few days! So we are left stranded with no funds now!! We had bills and checks out on this account that are going to bounce now! Worst experience at a bank, and that is only one of many other problems we had with them!

Dillon is awesome he is always friendly and nice he needs a raise he is like part of our family now. Dillon thank you for the great help you gives every time we come in .
