Chase Bank

I really like Chase, but the employees (including the manager) at this specific branch are not very professional; Ive been considering closing my account, because their customer service its unprofessional and make you feel unwelcome.

This isn't so much about the branch itself but Chase bank as a whole. Good luck getting a hold of upper management for issues above branch management - 2 weeks and counting without a phone call when I've repeatedly been promised a phone call! Follow through on all levels is non existent and you're always pawned off on another representative; phone calls go unreturned for days.The claims process is a joke and good luck getting any customer service whatsoever by their claims department. Customer service and care isn't a strong suit of Chase bank and in the end you'll be left hanging and without resolution to your issue. Update: there's still no resolution to the issue at hand and I was basically told that they're too busy helping other customers to further assist.
